- You have 30 days to ask for a full refund, no questions asked.
- The playbook is education about content and marketing. It is not medical, legal or regulatory advice, and it can't guarantee followers, patients or income.

Part 1
Terms of Sale & Use
1. Who we are and what these terms cover
AuthorityMD is operated by Sunny Hayre, a sole proprietor based in Alberta, Canada ("AuthorityMD," "we," "us"). These terms apply when you visit theauthoritymd.com or any authoritymd.com page, and when you buy or use the AuthorityMD Playbook (the "Playbook"). By completing a purchase, you agree to these terms.
2. What you're buying
The Playbook is a downloadable digital PDF. It includes the frameworks, worksheets, specialty template packs, hook and script libraries, checklists and roadmap described on the sales page at the time of purchase. It is a self-guided product. It does not include coaching, done-for-you services, account management or personal support unless we offer those separately and you buy them separately.
We may update or correct the Playbook over time. Updates are not guaranteed, and an update does not change what you bought.
3. Price, payment and taxes
The price is shown on the sales page in US dollars and is a one-time payment, with no subscription. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details. Any applicable sales tax is shown at checkout. Your bank or card issuer may charge currency conversion fees, which we don't control.
4. Delivery
After payment, you'll get access to the Playbook by email, usually within minutes. If it hasn't arrived within a few hours, check your spam folder, then email [email protected] and we'll resend it.
5. Your licence to use the Playbook
When you buy the Playbook, you get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use it for yourself and, if you own or work in a practice, for your own practice's content. You may:
- Read it on any of your devices and print it for your own use.
- Use the frameworks, hooks and templates to write and publish your own content.
You may not:
- Share, forward, upload or post the PDF, or any substantial part of it, for others to access.
- Resell, sublicense, repackage or give it away, including as part of a course, membership or client deliverable.
- Use it to create a competing product.
Each person who wants to use the Playbook needs their own copy. If you want copies for a team or clinic, email us.
6. Refunds: the 30-day guarantee
If the Playbook doesn't give you a clearer, faster and more practical way to create your Instagram content, email [email protected] within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. No questions asked. Refunds go back to your original payment method through Stripe, and your bank may take several business days to show it. When you're refunded, your licence ends and you agree to delete your copy. Full details are in our Return Policy.
Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank. We'll refund any eligible request directly, and that's faster for you.
7. Results are not guaranteed
Growing an audience depends on many things we don't control, including how consistently you apply the material, your content, your specialty, your audience and changes to Instagram and other platforms. We don't promise any number of followers, views, leads, patients, sales or income.
Results described on our pages, including from Sunny's done-for-you clients, are individual examples. They are not typical, and you may not get similar results.
8. Not medical, legal or regulatory advice
The Playbook teaches content strategy and marketing. Nothing in it is medical, legal, regulatory, tax or financial advice, and we are not a compliance reviewer. You are solely responsible for:
- The accuracy of any clinical information you publish.
- Following the rules of your licensing body, college or board, including rules on advertising, testimonials and professional conduct.
- Protecting patient privacy under the laws that apply to you, such as HIPAA in the United States or provincial health privacy laws in Canada. Never post patient-identifying information without proper consent.
If you're unsure whether something is allowed, check with your licensing body or a qualified advisor before you post.
9. Third-party platforms and tools
The Playbook refers to platforms and tools run by other companies, such as Instagram, Meta and various apps. AuthorityMD isn't affiliated with or endorsed by those companies. Their features, rules and algorithms change, and your use of them is governed by their own terms. We aren't responsible for changes to those platforms or for any action they take on your account.
10. Ownership
The Playbook, our websites and their content, including text, frameworks, designs and graphics, belong to Sunny Hayre / AuthorityMD and are protected by copyright and other laws. AuthorityMD and related names are our brand. Content you create using the Playbook belongs to you.
11. Other services
Any coaching, strategy calls, done-for-you services or other offers we provide are separate from the Playbook. Each is governed by its own terms or agreement, which will be given to you before you buy. If those terms conflict with these, the service's own terms apply to that service.
12. Limitation of liability
The Playbook and our websites are provided "as is." To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, including lost profits, lost revenue, lost data or harm to your reputation, arising from your use of the Playbook or our websites. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Playbook is limited to the amount you paid for it. Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not all apply to you.
13. Your responsibility
You agree to cover any claims, losses or costs, including reasonable legal fees, that arise from content you publish, from your breach of these terms, or from your breach of professional, privacy or advertising rules that apply to you.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. Any dispute will be handled by the courts of Alberta, unless the consumer protection laws where you live give you the right to bring it somewhere else.
15. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The effective date at the top of this page shows when they last changed. The terms in place when you made your purchase apply to that purchase.
Part 2
Privacy Policy
1. Who's responsible for your information
Sunny Hayre, operating as AuthorityMD in Alberta, Canada, is responsible for the personal information described here. For any privacy question or request, email [email protected].
2. What we collect
Information you give us. When you buy, Stripe collects your name, email address, billing details and payment information. We receive your name, email, billing country and purchase details. We do not receive or store your full card number. If you email us, we keep your message and email address.
Information collected automatically. When you visit our pages, we and our service providers collect standard technical information, such as your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you view, the ad or link that brought you there, and the buttons you click, including checkout buttons. We collect this through cookies, the Meta Pixel and similar technologies (see section 5).
We don't knowingly collect health information, and you should never send us patient information.
3. How we use it
- To process your payment and deliver the Playbook.
- To answer your questions and handle refunds.
- To send emails about your purchase, plus occasional emails about related AuthorityMD offers. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link.
- To measure and improve our ads and pages, for example to see which ads lead to purchases and to avoid showing ads to people who have already bought.
- To prevent fraud, keep records and meet our legal and tax obligations.
4. Who we share it with
We don't sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the business, and only as much as they need:
- Payments: Stripe.
- Website hosting: our website platform provider.
- Email delivery and automation: the email and workflow tools we use to send your Playbook and follow-up emails.
- Advertising and measurement: Meta Platforms (Facebook and Instagram), through the Meta Pixel.
- Scheduling: if you book a call, the scheduling tool you book through.
We may also disclose information if the law requires it, to protect our rights, or as part of a sale or transfer of the business.
5. Cookies, the Meta Pixel and browser storage
Our pages use the Meta Pixel, which lets Meta record events such as page views, checkout clicks and purchases, and connect them to ads on Facebook and Instagram. Meta handles that information under its own privacy policy. We also store a small note in your browser's local storage so a checkout click or purchase is only counted once. That note doesn't contain your name or email.
You can block or delete cookies and site data in your browser settings, and you can control ad personalization in your Facebook and Instagram ad settings. Blocking them won't stop you from buying or using the Playbook.
6. Where your information is stored
We're based in Canada, and several of our service providers store or process information in the United States and other countries. Information stored outside Canada is subject to the laws of those countries, and authorities there may be able to access it.
7. How long we keep it
We keep purchase records for as long as we need them for tax, accounting and legal purposes, generally up to seven years. We keep other information only as long as it's useful for the purposes above, then delete it or make it anonymous.
8. Your choices and rights
You can ask us to:
- Tell you what personal information we hold about you, and give you a copy.
- Correct information that's wrong.
